Postage charges
Within Australia, Registered Post & Fully Insured) is charged at a flat rate of $12.50 for as many items as you wish to purchase and pay for in a single transaction.
Express Post is available on request for $16.50.
International airmail post (registered/insured) is charged at between $10.50 and $14.50 for USA, Canada, United Kingdom and New Zealand destinations.

Payment is accepted by

• Australia Post Money Order - preferred
• Internet Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit - preferred
• Bank or Personal Cheque (clearance times may apply)
• MasterCard and VISA credit card via Paypal for secure payment processing

Payment plans are available
Our standard plan includes an initial payment of 20% due within one week followed by fortnightly payments. The final payment will be due within 8 weeks of placing the order. Yes, we are happy to work with you to tailor a payment plan to suit your needs.

Dispatch of your order
Within Australia - purchases will be sent via Australia Post's Registered Post (fully insured) within one business day of receiving cleared payment with delivery expected within 1-6 business days depending upon location. It may take longer for more remote areas.
International delivery - Air Mail usually takes 6-10 business days although 15 is not out of the ordinary due to delays in customs. You are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs or taxes applicable to your order.
