I've been
fortunate to source a range of Vintage Jewellery in Brand New condition from an
Old Stock Inventory that never sold. This Beautiful Vintage Parure – a necklace and matching bracelet is
juts one being of many items being offered over the coming weeks. This one is
of solid construction and crafted from All-Precious
Metals – Rose and
Yellow Gold and Sterling Silver – it is Superb. It comes complete
with the original tag and is in Brand New Condition although it is around 70
yrs old!
The
bracelet is comprised of two strands of 12 knot feature links while the
necklace comprises 38 knots arranged in a festoon style - see pics. It is
easily converted to one length - please request this upon payment. The knots
feature shiny yellow and rose hued loops. The contrast of two hues of
gold is fabulous!
They
each feature their original spring bolt clasp. I’ve tried these on before and
they look so great, I am always inclined to keep them!. The necklace would sit
on the collarbone or lower on a more slender person. A chain extender will
be included.
It has the silky smooth feel usually only
associated with solid carat gold and expected of quality antique jewellery.
