Tiger’s Eye
is used for focusing the mind. It is said that Tiger Eye offers protection
during travel, strengthens convictions and confidence. This very warm stone is
beneficial for the weak and sick. With its bands resembling an eye of tiger, so
it is received its name due to this similarity.
It is with pleasure I present this Stunning
Antique locket. The pictures provide the best description. One side features an
onyx cameo. The other side features a tablet of tiger’s eye. The characteristic
rich yellow and golden brown stripes of the tiger’s eye show through due to the
fine golden lustre it has from having been polished.
The stones are set within a square, scalloped
framework with fancy embossing/repousse and a magnificent scrolled decoration
which also houses the hinge and fixed ring from which it is suspended. The
pictures provide the best description.
It encloses the ORIGINAL red backing cloth and
frame ready to house a picture - Very Rare! The hinge and clasp is in perfect
working order clicking closed securely.
COLOUR It
has a warm Antique yellow gold hue with a hint of rose gold and the silky
smooth feel usually only associated with solid carat gold and expected of
quality antique/vintage jewellery.
