Dating to the 1930’s due to its Victorian Revival
styling, this is very similar to a
Victorian Wedding or Bride’s Bangle Bracelet which were often worn in pairs. By
tradition, one was gifted by the fiancé upon engagement & the other on
their Wedding Day.
What a pleasure it is to be able to offer a Fabulous
Antique Vintage Bangle Bracelet Crafted to the high standards its maker is
renowned for and from All Precious Metals WITH THE ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED! It
has a warm yellow gold hue which is a buttery yellow. It features a
Gorgeous engraved and intricately detailed geometrical, floral & scroll
design with the floral elements finished in a subtle rose gold. This same
design is repeated on the back. The rich patterning to the background combined
with the shiny finish made it difficult to photograph. The attention-to-detail
is amazing can only be truly appreciated in person.
The edge is ribbed and squared off with a diamond and
cross Art Deco motif stamped on the face. The outer faces are richly domed
making an Impressive bracelet.
The hinge & tongue and box clasp mechanism are in
perfect working order. There is a safety chain for additional security.
It has the silky smooth feel usually only associated
with solid carat gold and expected of quality antique jewellery.
